鋼試(shi)片(pian)的大小為:100mm×50mm×5mm。稱重精度為0.01g。試片要經有機溶劑脫脂,酸洗除銹和去軋制氧化皮。吹干干燥24小時后才能稱重。并用瀝青或石蠟將檢查片上編號和準測試都位涂敷覆蓋,嚴格計算暴露面積。檢查片常規測試(shi)周期不得小于(yu)一年(nian)。推(tui)薦(jian)為(wei)1、2、5、10、20年。

檢查片能(neng)夠檢測(ce)埋(mai)地管道陰(yin)極保護(hu)效果,適用于:
1、不(bu)能同步中斷(duan)保(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統(tong)內多臺(tai)恒電位儀提供的陰(yin)極保(bao)護(hu)電流;
2、存在外(wai)部陰極(ji)保護(hu)系統影響,難以中斷該保護(hu)系統的恒電位儀;
3、存在直(zhi)接(jie)連接(jie)的(de)(de)、不(bu)能(neng)中斷的(de)(de)犧(xi)牲陽極;
4、存在直流(liu)雜散(san)電流(liu)影響(xiang),導致斷電電位(wei)不能(neng)代表陰極保護電位(wei)。
