一、概述
河南邦(bang)信(xin)外(wai)加電流陰極保護恒電位儀通過參比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極測量通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)點電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位,作(zuo)為取樣(yang)信(xin)號(hao)與(yu)控制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)進(jin)行比較,實現(xian)控制(zhi)并調節極化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸出(chu),使通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)點電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位得以保持(chi)在設(she)定(ding)的控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位上。邦信(xin)恒(heng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位儀主要用于在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極過程動力學、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)分析、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)、金屬相分析,金屬腐蝕速度測量和(he)各種腐蝕與(yu)防腐研究以及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學保護(hu)參數測試。

一、操作說明
1、預熱:接(jie)通(tong)電源,預熱15分鐘,以使儀(yi)器工作在穩定狀態(tai)。
2、校(xiao)準(zhun):指電流表零點校(xiao)正。接通電源,預熱(re)15分鐘后,按下“校準”鍵(11),“通(tong)一斷”開(kai)關(13)置于“斷”的位(wei)置,電流量程(2)置(zhi)于2mA檔,如電流表(3)顯示不為0.000可調節前面(mian)板(ban)上的“調零”鍵(12),使電流(liu)表顯示為(wei)0.000。
3、電(dian)(dian)極(ji)開(kai)路電(dian)(dian)位(wei)測(ce)量(liang)(liang):即研究電(dian)(dian)極(ji)自然腐(fu)蝕電(dian)(dian)位(wei)測(ce)量(liang)(liang),將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)輸入(ru)(1)的引線連(lian)接到電解池體系,“通(tong)-斷(duan)”開關(13)置于“斷”位,接通電源(14),打開電源開關(15),預熱15分(fen)鐘后按(an)下“恒電位”鍵(8),電(dian)流鍵(11),“參比(bi)”鍵(5),數字表(4)顯示即(ji)為參(can)比電(dian)(dian)極相對于(yu)研(yan)究電(dian)(dian)極的(de)開路(lu)電(dian)(dian)位,即(ji)研(yan)究電(dian)(dian)極的(de)自然腐蝕電(dian)(dian)位,但符號相反(fan)。
4、恒(heng)電位極化(hua)測量:按照上述第3項完成自然(ran)腐蝕電位測量后,接著按下(xia)“給(gei)定”鍵(jian)(5),此時(shi)數字表(4)顯示的給定(ding)電(dian)位(wei)值,調節恒電(dian)位(wei)給定(ding)電(dian)位(wei)之(zhi)粗調鍵(6)和細(xi)調鍵(jian)(7),使數字表(4)顯示給定電位值(zhi),與自然腐蝕電位值(zhi)相等。“通-斷”關開(13)置于“通”的位(wei)置,此時(shi)輔(fu)助電(dian)極(ji)(ji)的電(dian)路接通,儀(yi)器(qi)開始實(shi)施恒(heng)電(dian)位(wei)運作,現(xian)在便可進行以自(zi)然(ran)腐蝕電(dian)位(wei)為起點的恒(heng)電(dian)位(wei)極(ji)(ji)化(hua)測量。
